Before Walk day, each walker will be supplied with a pack containing:

• allocated Walk Number (and safety pins)
• a Sponsor Form
• Walk Rules and Instructions (these will be downloadable from the Senior Walk Rules Page and the Junior Walk Rules Page).

Team members will receive their packs via their Team Leader.

You will not be able to start without a walk number.

If you have to pull out of the walk for any reason prior to Walk day, please notify us. Walk numbers are not transferable to other individuals and your number will be removed from the walk.

Make sure you have fully read and understood The Rules and health and safety requirements.

Don’t forget to train, find some training links here and train in the shoes you will wear on walk day. You may want to find like-minded people to motivate you and train with - perhaps try our facebook page.

There are specific prizes for the best fancy dress so plan ahead for best results!
